Anyone able to convert GarageBand to m.i.d.i?

I'd like to submit a score or two but it'd be easier for me using GarageBand. But I can't seem to find anything that will convert a GarageBand track to Midi. (just 1 track / melody)

Wondering if anyone has tried this successfully and if so, how do you go about it.

This worked for a simple GREEN-colored GarageBand melody (computer, not live) on Mac OS X, with the latest versions of all the software listed.
