How to Contact Smule

I have an idea for another music app for Smule. Are they interested in hearing ideas? How do you contact them? I don't want to put my idea on the message board. Thanks

If you want commission for it, I doubt you'd get it. Unless its a very original instrument. So just post it, they'll see it.

for support we can be emailed at support@smule.com... there are also links elsewhere on the website. Using the "report issue" button would generate an email to us that you can type into as well. Or you can just ask anything here and get a response as well.

i restored my i touch and when i re-installed the glee app i was able to sign in and i still have all my previous preformances and my gleeks, however i have lost all 9 songs that i already paid for on the app and i would love it if you could tell me how to get them back without paying for them again...which i wont.

So long as you are using the same iTunes account as when you originally purchased the songs, you can download them again without being charged.

On one of my songs Poker face I have tons of gleeks, but there are only 3 stars on the globe for my song. Please help.
